PDF is slow to open or close from Axcess Document

This is typically caused by the file size of the document. To fix we must reduce it, follow these steps.

 

  1. Right-Click and download the file 
      **depending on the size of the file this may take a long time**

  2. Save it to your Documents folder
     
  3. Open the file from your Documents folder
     
  4. Go to File > Save as Other > Reduced Size PDF

     
  5. Set compatibility to Acrobat 10.0 and later

     
  6. Click OK and add (Reduced) to the beginning of the file name before saving.

     
  7. Now upload the document back into Axcess Document
