Commonly used or referred to as a tickler, a workstream view can be imported by following these instructions.

1. Open Workstream Projects
   
2. In the Navigation Pane, right click the folder you'd like to import the view in, then click Import View
   
3. Navigate to where the view is saved, select the view, and choose Open.
   
4. Rename the view if necessary.
5. Double click the view to open it.
