PDFlyer Setup

1. Open PDFlyer Settings

1. 1. Click PDFlyer from Acrobat Toolbar,
   2. In the drop down menu go to the bottom and select “settings”

2. Set tabs appropriately
   1. Bookmarks
      1. 
   2. Calculator
      1. 
   3. Set Status
      1. Preparer
      2. Add your initials to this section ^
      3. Reviewer
   4. Stamps
      1. Add stamp color matching the ‘status color’ from previous step
3. After configuring the settings, you must change the default stamp color from the PDFlyer Stamps tool.

1. 1. Go to Tools
   2. Select “pdflyer” and click “add: to add it to your side tool bar
   3. Select “pdflyer stamps” and click “add” to add it to your side tool bar
      1. Select “PDFlyer stamps” from the your side tool bar
      2. Set Stamp Color from right hand toolbar
      3. Remove unused stamp colors from the ‘Manage Stamp Color’
