Follow these instructions to clear the browser cache.
Many of our programs rely on using an internet browser. It is normal for a browsers cache and cookies to become unstable and need clearing.
Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Edge
- Select Settings and more (Three-dot More icon) > Settings (Gear-shaped Settings icon)
- Privacy and services > Under Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear.
- Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu. It is suggested to choose 'All Time'
- Choose the types of data you want to clear. For example, you may want to remove browsing history, cached images and files and, cookies but keep autofill form data.
- Select Clear now.
Safari
- Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...
- In the Clear field choose All History
- Click Clear History.
Firefox
- Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Click Preferences (Mac) or Options (PC).
- Click Privacy in the left menu bar.
- Click Clear Your Recent History.
- From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
- Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements of the history to clear.
- Select Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache and Active Logins
- Click Clear Now.
