Follow these instructions to clear the browser cache.

 

Many of our programs rely on using an internet browser.  It is normal for a browsers cache and cookies to become unstable and need clearing.

 

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

 

Edge

  1. Select Settings and more  (Three-dot More icon) > Settings (Gear-shaped Settings icon)
  2. Privacy and services > Under Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear.
  3. Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu. It is suggested to choose 'All Time'
  4. Choose the types of data you want to clear. For example, you may want to remove browsing history, cached images and files and, cookies but keep autofill form data.
  5. Select Clear now.

 

Safari

  1. Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...
  2. In the Clear field choose All History
  3. Click Clear History.

 

Firefox

  1. Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner of the browser.
  2. Click Preferences (Mac) or Options (PC).
  3. Click Privacy in the left menu bar.
  4. Click Clear Your Recent History.
  5. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
  6. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements of the history to clear.
  7. Select Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache and Active Logins
  8. Click Clear Now.
