How To Sync Folders From Sharepoint/OneDrive

Purpose

Instruct staff on how to synchronize folders and documents from SharePoint/OneDrive onto ADKF Folder

Procedure

1. Go to SharePoint website https://adkf.sharepoint.com/

 

2. You should see a screen that looks as such below. Select the Department you want to synchronize. 

 

 

3. Once you've selected your group, you're going to select documents on the left hand side of the screen. (Example: IT Documents)

 

 

4. After choosing the Documents tab, select sync.

 

 

5. You will then be prompted to open Microsoft OneDrive. Once you do so, your documents should sync from the Sharepoint onto your computer.

 

 

6.  You can find the synchronized files in the File Explorer in the ADKF section
