Issue

The Central File Room (CFR) does not show in Engagment

Cause

Location is set to Field Mode

Possible Resolutions

1. Log into Engagement the Office location
   1. From the Engagement login screen, set the location to Office.
      

Notes:

Office will give you access to the Central File Room (CFR), but you need to be on the VPN.

Field can be logged into offline, but only gives access to what you have synchronized out to you.
