Kyocera Scan to Folder Error (SMB) 1102
Purpose
This error message typically occurs when there is an issue with the account linked to the scanner. Scanner is more than likely locked out due to multiple failed attempts.
Procedure
*Contact IT immediately after FIRST failed attempt*
- Open Active Directory as admin
- ADKF Users > Unmanaged Users > Scanner File > Account > Unlock > Apply > Ok
