Purpose

Explain how to block and unblock an outside caller in Teams.

Procedure
Block number

1. Open Teams
2. Click the Calls tab on the left hand pane
3. Click History
   
4. Click the more actions button (3 dots) next to the caller you want to block
5. Click Block
   

Unblock Number

1. Click your portrait
2. Click Settings
   
3. Click the Privacy tab on the left hand side
4. Click Edit blocked contacts
   
5. Click Unblock next to the contact you wish to unblock.
