Client does not know password to E-Sign AssureSign

Procedure

  1. The E-Sign request must be resent to the client.  This will count as one of the three chances the client has to authenticate and E-Sign the return.
    1. Reach out to a member of the Administrative team for assistance in having the E-Sign request resent.​​​​​​
