How to link a Tax Return to a Task/Route Sheet

To link a Tax Return to a Task:

  1. Open a "Task(Routing Sheet)" in Axcess Workflow by clicking on the Client name.
  2. Click on "Manage Tax Returns" at the top of the "Control Sheet/Routing Sheet".
  3. The tax return will link automatically, unless there are multiple versions of the return.
    • To link another version, click Link Tax Returns, Select the correct version, then Create Link

Note: If no returns are shown, you must open the tax return from Return Manager, then save and close it and retry the linking process above.
