To connect to the RDS and use Engagement, please follow these instructions.

1. Save the attached Remote Desktop file to your Desktop.
2. Open the file and sign in using your email username and password, your username is your email address.
   1. You will need to approve your sign in on DUO 1 or 2 times depending on your location.
3. Open Excel or Word, you must be signed in to one of these for Engagement to operate correctly.
   1. If asked, you should sign into Excel/Word using your email login information.
4. Open Engagement from the desktop.
   1. If prompted for a computer name, enter ADKF-APP1
   2. Your login information for Engagement will be the same as it was on your laptop.
